Year Three and Four Highlights

The children welcomed the new year with new learning. In reading, we have started our new book ‘Stig of the dump’. In History and Geography we have completed our cold tasks on the Iron Age and the differences between Atlanta Georgia and Slough. We look forward to the new week ahead.

This week in Year 4, we started off strong with a deep dive into our new class text ‘The Wild Robot’. Children used their prediction skills to draw the main character based on a short description and predict the coming events of the story. In Science, we started learning about common appliances in our lives that use electricity. In computing, we were introduced Crumble Kits and learned how to connect them. Welcome back everyone!
