Year One and Two Highlights

Year 1 teachers are so proud of the children this week. From performing in the Christmas Concert to developing their mathematical skills, they have made all the adults very proud. Year 1 have been developing their subtraction skills and expertise. As well as this, they have improved their letter writing skills by writing another persuasive letter.

The children in Year 2 have been absolutely engrossed in their learning about space this term. This week they were learning about Tim Peake and his mission to the International Space Station. They looked at how he spent his time whilst he was there and tried freeze dried fruit to explore what he would have eaten to ensure he had a balanced diet.
