Year One and Two Highlights

Year 1 have worked very hard this week writing their own letters in English. In Maths, they have been improving their addition skills using different strategies. In addition to this, they also had a surprise visit from the Police and had the opportunity to go inside a police van.

The children in Year 2 have been looking at the function of a moon buggy. They have had the opportunity to design their own buggy and this week, they finally got the chance to make them. Using axels and wheels stuck through plastic boxes, the children then embellished their project with flags, seats, satellite dishes and decorations.
