Year One and Two Highlights

The Year 1 children have been very excited to learn about the Olympics and the values the Olympic games possess. We used our knowledge of 2D shapes to create an Olympic Logo and participated in a slow race. The children also used a map to plot different countries the Olympic games have hosted and took part in a workout led by an athlete. They have certainly been busy and loved being active.

This week Year 2 were getting in the mood for sports week by designing their own medals. We completed many sporting activities and they all showed great sportsmanship.
