Year One and Two Highlights

Year 1 has had the most wonderful week! We have taken advantage of the lovely weather and our newfound measurement knowledge to measure various things outdoors. We have designed our own bridges in readiness for next week where we will build them. Also, we have learnt the importance of Eid and how Muslims celebrate Eid. The children have worked exceptionally hard and we are all so proud of them.

This week, Year 2 have enjoyed working on their class text map and making changes to make it their own. We worked together with our class teacher to start writing our own story based on The Three Billy Goats Gruff. Our tool kit, which we created, will be a great tool to help us when we begin our Hot Task next week.
